How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive a Thank You email confirming it. And, once your payment is processed correctly, we’ll send a receipt your way with a unique Order ID and a list of all the items that you ordered. We’ll continue to let you know how your package is doing via email so make sure you keep an eye out for anything we send!
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 2 business days). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.
Track Your Shapermint Order to check your order status (you may also track your order with your email or order number - which is located on your receipt).
You can also check the status with your tracking number using the courier's site.
If you have not been able to find the email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder. The subject line is: Your Order Is On Its Way. There’s also a chance, we may have contacted you about your order and we are waiting for your response.

I didn’t get my order, How long will my order take to be delivered?
Not long! We know no one wants to wait ages for their package to arrive.
That’s why your order is processed as quickly as humanly possible - sometimes in just 30 minutes! This allows us to get it shipped out the door within the first 24 hours. If you wish to change your order, please follow the steps in this article.

I don’t have my track number, what can I do?
A shipping email notification is typically sent out within 2 business days from placing your order. If within this time frame you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can also track the status of your order using the email used to place your order or the Order Number located on your receipt. Click here to track your order

We do our best to process all orders on time and deliver it as expected. Although this is what we’re aiming for, shipping times may be affected during holiday sales because of the high volume of orders we’re receiving! Thanks to all the love, patience and orders from you guys!

How can I exchange/return my product?
Need to exchange something? Welcome to the wonderful world of shopping ;-) We’ve tried really hard to make our Exchange Process as hassle-free as possible, and are quite proud of what we’ve achieved. You can start your exchange process like this:
Enter your Order Number (starts with "SM" which can be found in your order confirmation email) and Zip Code.
Fill out the questions we ask you there - mostly related to what item you want to exchange and why.
Wait for your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions - we’ll send them via email.
We’ll let you know once your new package is being shipped. You can expect the entire process to take 2-3 business days.
Keep in mind we will only provide you with an Exchanges Address and/or Returns and Exchanges Code once we’re able to process your exchange, so don’t send anything our way until you do. We might not get it!
How do I start a return?
Need to return something? It’s ok - these things happen and we understand. Kick off the Return Process yourself with these easy steps:
Enter your Order Number (starts with "SM" which can be found in your order confirmation email) and Zip Code.
Fill out the questions we ask you there - we’ll mostly ask you what you wish to return, why you’re returning it and the sort.
Wait for your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions - we’ll send them via email.
We’ll let you know once your return is being processed.
Please, do not send anything back without having your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions and our Returns Address. We will not accept unauthorized returns - especially when they won’t be able to get back to us!
How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?
Processing return and exchange requests takes between 2 to 3 business days.
If you’re looking for an exchange, you can expect to get your new item delivered between 3 to 7 business days after processing.
If you’re worried about a refund, keep in mind that these can take up to 5 days to show up in your bank or credit card statement after issued. Some banks also prefer to issue them during the next billing cycle - getting in touch with your bank or card issuer in this case is a good idea.

How do I figure out what size I am?
Sizing can be a bit daunting if you’re new to the online ordering game. But worry not - we’ve got your back! First, make sure you go to the “Sizing” tab below the product info in our product pages.
You can find what sizes correspond to which waist, weight and hip measurements. You can also control whether these measurements are shown in kg/cm or lbs/inches, in the top right corner of the table.
Measure your waist and hip measurements with measuring tape for a better selection. When in doubt, rely on your hip size for better comfort, or on your waist size for a more snug fit.
I’m in-between sizes - what should I do?
If everything fails and you still can’t figure out your size based on our size charts, go one size up. This has been the solution for most of our customers but, of course, it’s not 100% certain that this will be the right choice for you.
Yes, you’re running the risk of having shapewear that’s too big for you - but if that happens, we have an excellent exchange policy. Simply let us know you need a smaller size and we’ll make it right!
I bought a size and it’s too small/big for me - what should I do?
Worry not! We offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you’re still within 30 days since your purchase, just start your Exchange Process at Shapermint Exchanges.
